Well, this devolved into another virtual shouting match quickly.
While the topic poster means well, the game's systems and mechanics mean that players are incentivized to make other players quit, since outside of a few scenarios (World/Field Bosses, summon scrolls, etc), another player showing up is at least a potential hindrance, regardless of whether they intend to be or not.
And, in the end, it may be better in the long run for them to just leave, thus sparing them the depression that comes later on, cruel as that may seem to say.
BDO the least social MMO I've ever seen. I know a few games that punish players for grouping to clear content (this is mostly to prevent players from exploiting said content by massing players to clear it way too quickly) but never has any of these same games punished grouping an interacting with others completely. And BDO doesn't just punish you for grouping to clear content, it punishes you for even being near others while grinding. Simply put they could completely remove the online OW make the whole game instanced (outside of NW Siege) keep online market system an the game wouldn't feel any different from how it does now.

Look, you obviously don't want to take the time to play BDO more than 15 minutes a week, and yet expect everything to be handed to you. That is if you have played since 2019 at all. Even casually playing you should have had at least a 61 if not a 62 by now. 6 months in a player can easily reach 650 GS spending zero pearls. Bartering, Odraxxia, and Elvia has changed the treadmill to a sprint. The Catch up mechanics in BDO is huge now. You are given 550 GS by simply doing the main quest line through mediah and leveling to 61. If you did seasonal servers you were handed 570 GS. Players can be 610 at the end of a month. Last time you played in 2019 before the level hardcap was changed from 61 to 66 and the Adventure Journals were added, your point was valid. Problem is, you don't know the current state of BDO because you actually do not play anymore. Yes I am level shaming you because being only 60 is hard to mantain, even just life skilling you should be 61 by now.
Wait. How can you be 610gs in a month?? Hello I spent at least 6hrs a day. It's been 2 months from starting this game. Enhancing isnt easiest thing you dont understand. Probably you are using hack software can get you 610gs in a month. Developers get this man banned!!!

You should be shooting for this right now, and don't enhance, sell all your mats and just buy, you waste tons of time and silver enhancing. Everything and I mean everything is cheap off the Central market. If you missed the seasons, swap the Capotia for different Tet accessories. Since you are already 62 you have that Tri Capotia ring. You should honestly be here in about 2-3 weeks including those Adventure Journals.
Because Narch armor is Blackstar, it has a ton of extra Monster DR, which actually makes it better than Tet boss armor.

This is where you should be by the end of a month to a month and a half without trying that hard. Braghi Den and Stars End are very doable with Narchillia armor. If you are Awakening, you'll have to get your hands on either a Tet Blackstar Awakening or Pen Dande, but new players should not be upgrading from Narchillia awakening for quite some time, it's just too powerful of a stat stick.
I would like to point out that you are 62, in 2 months time. What is your GS now? Heck if you posted what you have on BDO planner I could give you some direction.
I must point out, that a casual person that hasn't asked for assistance on which direction to go, just playing slowly for fun is not going to be 610 in a months time. Also 6 hours a day grinding, or 6 hours a day with 1-2 hours grinding and the rest doing other random stuff, it has a big difference in what the 6 hours means.

Simple put your just a moron. This game takes zero skill to progress it just be RNG carried, spend 10k dollars a week, or grind 8-12 hours a day to get 650 GS in less than a year. An no amount of understanding mechanic or being better at your class will change that fact, cause this game isn't skill based an never will be.

And yes, it honestly does NOT take much skill...just the ability to learn rotations on a map and skill rotations and how to pull efficently. No it doesn't take skill, but lets be honest most gamers don't spend that much time into one game within a 6 month period. Especially when grinding in this game bores most sane persons out of their minds after an hour or so.
Takes a special kind of person to submit themselves to that kind of torture.
That's why the great majority of BDO players aren't at 650+ GS, even if the game is 5 years old now.

The number of people here wanting to turn it into a world of warcraft is enough of a reason to motive them to go back to their love , where they'll be happy.
It is a mental problem that they remain. And it would be unhealthy for them to stay and stupid of us to keep these engines of discontent here.
I hate WoW, FF14. I don't go on their forums to spread my breath.
Do the same.
BDO doesn't have to change, as no one has to change for anyone.

+1 . Players just fail to adapt. The game is designed in one way. It's not some sort of a generic tab-target MMO. If they wanted to PvE without getting challenged with PvP, they came to the wrong place.

I've never been challenged with PvP, except at potion spots when I'm there with my alts.
Edit: I've been asked if I have a tagged char to DFS though. Do people not straight kill shai grinders anymore?
