What you are asking for sounds very similar to Gear Bracket RBFs.

As for the rewards, that is way way too much.  Getting lucky with a Pen mainhand weapon would allow you to sell your current pen mainhand weapon thus making one lucky person get 12 billion as a rewards.  This would make the event mandatory for progression because the reward would be way too good.  If you give out account bound fallen god armor, that would be a 40 billion reward, which would be far far beyond stupid levels of a reward.

I don't know if you remember Shadow Arena, but that was considered to be problematic levels of a reward at 50m per hour pvping when average income was 60m an hour grinding, and you want to add something that is 10b to 40b per hour which is 30 times what the current best sustainable grind spot is of 300m per hour?

I don't think adding random spots that "function like nodewars" but are not node wars would be the same as Open World PvP.

As for the catchup mechanics, they tried that with seasons, the problem that happened was that since they gave away free Tet Cresent rings, people just tapped tet crescent rings and hundreds of pen cresent rings were made overnight.  These rings were not made by the people who had the rings to begin with, no they were made by siege guilds that bought up all the cheap tet crescents that went on the market and turned a massive profit, thus making those rich siege guilds even richer allowing them to push their gear even farther.  The seasonal "free" pen Capotia reward that was intended as a catchup mechanic, actually turbo boosted the gear gap that was already in place.

To be fair, accessory enhancing is already bad, and should be changed.  Accessories exploding on failure needs to be removed, they should instead down grade like armor/weapons do when failed, while also lowering the number of crons it takes to protect it and allowing it to not degrade with crons like armors.

As for your E-sports thing, they were talking about putting in a RBF style arena for 3v3, 10v10, and 3/10 man squad battles with 3-10 opponent teams.

Lastly no, BDO Is not almost a ded game, people have been saying BDO is going to die within a year since the day it launched, people have been saying that about just about every game that has come out, rarely are they correct if the game lasts beyond the first 2 years.

You know instead of saving that which don't want to be saved. You could just do like many of us do. Put BDO in the tray after grinding for some time. Then go play a decent PvE oriented game with equalized skill-based PvP set up from the start. I think that is the more reasonable thing to do at this point.

BDO simple don't want to be saved. Because it makes massive amount of money from easy mode grind spot. That might take only one dev to develop it. Also that whole game is to support it's cash shop. By allowing people to spend as much or in some case more money then what a house cost to buy in-game PvP and PvE power.

If you want a game with content. Then you must go play a game that is based on selling you content, and not simple PvP and PvE power. If you want a MMO with decent inclusive PvP. Then you must go play a MMO that sells that content. Honestly I think you lot mistake with BDO is. Yesterday EU's Guardian and Wizard finials in that Arena of Arsha's Best in Class event should have made it clear! The game was built on the foundation that most low spenders and F2Pers are just punching bags for the whales.

You simply can't save that. Because it don't want to be saved. So you might as well just go play something else. When you want to play something with actual meaty content. Nor you or anyone else here is going to convince the Devs to save BDO. Might as well just ride the ride till it close down.

I wouldnt mind some rbf silver gains to be viable way to play the game :) 

it should give you more silver based on your ranking, like 100k per win if you have 100k points

The balance in BDO is so bad that esports won't happen. For an esports to take place, there needs to be a semblance of balance.

Esport-ready mean absolutly nothing. There is no organization that certifies these debilities , stop inventing falsehoods about the industry.

Competition is competition, tournament are tournament,  The game dont have to change in any way. the same way that the RNG impact on Hearthstone don't disappear during esport tournament.

the game does not matter, as long as there is competition. At no time in human history has a competition been * Fair *. its never existed. even the olympics its a complete eugenics competition.
