So far did some digging, seems the Dungeons in ESO are mandatory to get better gear as well, Guess i'll move onto the next game to prove that the Dungoens are Mandatory content to progress.
Seems that you need to do Dungeons in GW2 for Achievement Points. AP in GW2 are used to unlock account bonnuses. That seems like it fits the definition that Dungeons in GW2 are mandatory for progression.
Ohh, seems only end game gear drops in Archage dungeons as well.
I'm trying I really am but I can't seem to find a single one of the MMOs that were listed where the dungeons are not mandatory for progression.
I have played eso quite a lot and I can tell you that dungeons are not mandatory at all. There is no clear cut best in slot and there is a large range of diversity in builds. Can you say the same for BDO?
There is no need to go beyond PVE in order to dicsuss PVE which was the point. But keep being challenged by mechanics that don't exist then manage to run your mouth about game understanding and IQ.
Besides you have no fact at all, just a trailer that you dramatically use to hype your schoolgirl blog entry. PA hasn't proved yet that BDO and dungeons can coexist, this time might perfectly be another item in the list of failed attempts to add instanced content to BDO.
Once again, wait and see what tune you sing in the future.
Each time, you got burned up like that last sad topic you made. That was hilarious shredding you to pieces. The mods had to close the thread when your so-called challenge was so lame. It's so much fun making fun of your deluded thinking. I am looking forward to another of your lunatic "challenge Factorial" thread. I got you shook up so bad, it's sad sometimes.
For some reason, you still don't get it when morons kept saying that dungeons wouldn't happen in BDO. Look what's happening.
Cause runing in a circle killing the same brain dead AI which basically just stands there waiting for you to kill them is 100% more enjoyable and not at all like running through the same dungeon over and over and over again am I right?
I will concede that it probably isn't, not by much, though this comes down to player preference. However, in the open world, I can do other things while I am doing that, or opt out when I feel like it to do something else, which the only annoyance being the time required to get around. Dungeons more often than not have limits like daily/weekly entries, some sort of energy system, or diminishing returns on rewards if run consecutively in a certain amount of time.
And, if they can't even design good AI for open world enemies (something I agree with for the most part), then there's no reason to believe dungeon enemies would be any better.
The only thing that would make a dungeon not mandatory but MIGHT give an incentive to do it, is if the Silver per hour was slightly better than Stars end,
Its only because you seem unable to consider that somes players might prefer to "do dungeons in loop" (regardless the consideration you have regarding the puzzle or others -cooperation mechanic-) instead of going to grind spot as long as the reward match grind spot from the requiered GS ( as it will have 2 difficulties )
Because OFC players play to progress in such grinding game.
That's why i told you, that you are wrong to affirm that the only way a dungeon will be played is to make it mandatory
Now, i say that in general, as how PA will really manage that is another story
assumptions about BDO; that BDO isn't supposed to evolve from day one.
thoses people use that for topic they dont like ( i.e : pve channel request, or preview dungeon request ), but suddently, when it concern topic serving their own interest, suddently it become a problem in need to be fixed , i.e : karmabombing
Pearl Abyss has already tried them in the past and has done so poorly.
the question would be : What PA didnt tried that ended to be poorly released. While its sure the major concern regarding thoses income dungeon. And that's what many dont get : its not because something is poorly released that this thing is bad by essence
