Is there anywhere i can see if my account is flagged for transfer?
Because i keep getting the Bag icon next to the horse race shoe after i went though the motion on the website
Just like Fuzzy said you go to https://www.naeu.playblackdesert.com/en-US/Event/NewAdventureTransfer and login to your Pearl Abyss account and it will show the following picture below if you have done the transfer successfully. Ignore the bag symbol on BDO's ingame menu that tells you to apply for a transfer if you see the picture below. You should also be getting in game transfer rewards and "new beginning" transfer buff when completed.

You can also check in game. If you see at the top of your screen were your other buffs are such as bell buff Agris fever etc. You'll have this blue circle with an image of a cloth bag that says you are recieving 1 sheet ap and 1 sheet dp since you registered for game data transfer. You'll also gett addition login rewards suchs as 500 crons stones for doing it as well.
PA said in their discord that there is a known issue that the ap/dp buff disappears and rewards are not being sent. They said that the buff is active on the account and just isn't showing. As for rewards they are going to send them via mail in a future patch to anyone who had the bug. It was caused by a patch they did trying to fix the crashing issues after people transferred. The official discord has all the info about it. They said they are still investigating the buff disappearing as well.
Double check on the webiste that the transfer is still confirmed to make sure though if that makes you feel better. The amount of issues so far is stressing me a bit out too. Fingers crossed everything else will go smoothly.
I applyed for character transfer from my steam account to a new abyss account.
I also received an email telling me that the application request was succesfull but not an email telling me that the transfer was completed.
On my new account, I created a family name. Will that mess with the transfer... God I hope not...
Also, in the FAQ, it is stated that after Feb 25th, the transfer is INSTANT. Why cant I see my transfered toon :(.
Moreover, when I tryed to create a new family name and chose my original name, I got an error stating family name is already taken. Was the transfer done on some other account that Im not aware of?
Another piece of information, when I go and check my transfer status, instead of being logged in on my newly created abyss account, I'm logged in my steam account.
I'm starting to freak out and nobody answers on support/discord/forum :(
