Add the same pity system as every other boss item, collecting 100 pieces of something to trade it for the corresponding boss item. This is about helping progression not obtaining some random tresure item, so why are they different?
I know Garmoth's heart has a questline, but it's pretty much the same sht to pay half the price of the heart in MP + doing other silly quest requirements for it.
There is difference between giving a pitty for a item worthing literal pocket change, and a very rare item costing 8B+.
If they would put such feature in, it would obliterate the value of the hearths.
