Hi,
I've been searching for a while for some reliable information concerning mob colour, levels, and accuracy.
I've also asked around and have been told in game that you get an accuracy penalty when fighting purple mobs but you do not get any kind of accuracy penalty for any other mobs (of lower level).
I always thought and believed that when I attacked a green mob, I would hit it with more accuracy than when I attacked a higher level mob (such as a red one).
It would already be great if someone replied with an answer to the question, but it would really be great if in doing so you could provide some kind of (somewhat) reliable evidence?
Many thanks,
Baba
Well higher level mobs (generally) have more evasion, and I don't see any reason why should they have penatly aswell. In wow level matters in hit chance calcualtion, but in bdo level ain't supposed to matter.
Though I doubt there will be evidence. PA don't tell us how the game works, and without damage being displayed and damage meters, it's not easy to test it.

Fighting mobs with higher evasion equates to a player getting accuracy penalty, don't you get taught basic logic in your highschool.
Besides, competent players (read: not you, obviously) have figured out the combat system years ago and documented it.
There is an accuracy penalty on purple mobs a idk the exact amount per lvl but you can see for yourself if you make a lvl 1 char and try to hit high lvl mobs you only have about a 10% hit rate idk the exact numbers tho if you really want to know ask bigandshinny the twitch streamer he probably has a spreadsheet on it.
