Hi all,

I have created a new account today. This one and another one for my girlfriend through steam (this one is on free trial and my girlfriends was bought). I can log in and play the game on my old account(on the same computer and client that refuses to connect the two others), but on both this one and my girlfriend steam account we get a msg - failed to connect - when you press start.  This is making me think that it has nothing to do with computer.... but just to mention, i have already tried flushing dns and setting tcp, restarting router, delating some fiels and repatching.

At the moment i am trying to download a new - non steam version- directly from the website.... interestingly it says it is version 1.10.0 while my steam version is 1.10.1 - but i assume it is going to change once i patch it up ? can anyone that recently bought a game confirm that ?

I am wondering if anyone has any ideas what we could do ?

Hi,

Usually this problem is solved waiting for 10-30s before pressing the Start button in the game start screen.

Also check if your firewall may be the problem here.
