Sensless PK and bounty

I undestand the legitimacy of PvP and PK in BDO.
Recent trend emerged in the World boss areas. Mass PK after a Boss is defeated for no obvious reason.
Is this something that copies the mass shooting in a public places in the real life?
Mad kids getting a kick out of it?
This phenomenon have to have a counter measure: a bounty system.
Many players geared for PvE can't fight a madman but will contribute to his demise.
Can we have a bounty system, PA, please?

10M to start.
A madman kills 10+ players. I watched it happen. Each contributes ~1-10M. You could easily collect ~50M by sending a bastard to jail.

Infamy and sheriff system are already on their way.
This was hidden by admin due to the reports it has received.

I wouldn't pay real $$ to hunt a petty criminal in the game! Can't speak for others.
I was talking about sensless killing by a madman. How could he possibly benefit from stubbing scores of players not geared for a fight?
Without a fear of punishment there's no end to a crime.
Some real life criminals will only stop in the fear of capital punishment.
Criminals of all sorts gang together to exploit the weaknesses of the legal system and terrorize decent people - game of real life.
That's business and they make $$ on it.
You do have a criminal mind.

I would even hunt somebody down for 1 million, if it means I can kill them and send them to jail.
Hell, I would do that for free.
Btw. the money will go to the old moon guild and not to the sheriff. So you will not be able to "trade" in that sense.

Simple RMT for bounties, PLayer A buys silver, player B sells the Silver, so Player C kills Player B, Player B puts bounty on Player C, Player A kills PLayer C and gets the "bounty" provided by Player B. It's not about Paying RL$ to get revenge, its about paying RL$ to buy silver.
Are we now willfully ignoring that no silver exchange is happening between the sheriff and the victim?

Then what is the point?
If you want to kill other players, you can already do it on arsha.
If you want send people to jail, you can waste your time in the desert.
It not going to change anything if it's not rewarding for the serifs.
