I want you to think about this...

"Old Moon Treaty Token"

- LMB to go to the Officila Website's Security Center and register your Additional Security Setting (OTP or PC) to gain an Item Drop Rate +5%."

This sentence above makes absolutely no sense what so ever.

Let's break it down.

- "LMB to go to the Officila Website's Security Center"

Sure. Okay. This sounds reasonable and safe.

I LMB the icon.

- "... and register your Additional Security Setting (OTP or PC)..."

What the heck is OTP and there then also PC?

You can't just put letters together and expect people to make sense out of them by guessing.

- "...to gain an Item Drop Rate +5%."

No one gives a crap about this. You just scared us half to death with the above middle statement. What the heck is OTP or PC?

Be grown-ups and USE WORDDDDDSSS.

What EXACTLY are you telling us to do here? When it comes to account security SPELL - IT - OUT.

Some directions would be deeply appreciated.

Also, what you are telling us pressing LMB will do from the icon isn't what it does.

- No one is going to use a Sketchy Security Service. "Sketchy... where all your data is secure."

After trying to figure out this icon is I noticed "Account Security Center".

Upon clicking this my options are "Change Password" or "OTP Settings".

- WHAT is OTP?

- Are you going to explain this?

What happens if I don't get it?

Why are you doing this?

What do you really want?

When a person tells you to do something with no explanation why 99% of the time you should never ever do it.

- What do you want us to do?

Explain.

P.S.
Since you are marketing in to North America and the European Union now you might want to consider something.

- The economy has completely tanked.

- Kakao handled security for years without asking us to ... what exactly?

- Are you asking us to go buy a Cell Phone for 300$ a month subscription to play your game?

I hate to tell you, but that's beyond the means of most people right now. Especially post Covid.

I'm already getting messages from people going, "What is this? Are we being forced to use a Cell Phone service? Am I being forced off the game?"

- My answer to them? I don't know because I don't know what this is either.

Frankly, if Kakao could do without this so can you. I don't know what this is. Neither does anyone else given the responses I've gotten from chat in-game. Discord was a panicky mess as people are trying to figure out if you're forcing them off the game or not. Don't just assume we have utilities and devices other than the one we're logging in with. That economy was pre-Covid. Most people are just barely getting by. Don't ask us for an entire second machine to use your game. I don't think you realize it, but this little unexplained icon at the top of our screen just told a whole bunch of people, "Thank you for playing. Bye bye now. Heh-heh."

There's a section in the patch notes, as well as a full page dedicated to explaining all the questions you raised here. Considering that this is handled entirely on their site, not in game, it makes sense that the instructions are there instead. A massive wall of text cluttering the game ui would just be annoying.
