Hello, I noticed this buff appeared with last patch. Its tooltips mentions either registering a PC in security center or enabling OTP in order to apply the buff.

I registered a PC in sécurity center then fully restarted the client but my buff isn't running, did I miss any step ?

On a side note, for anyone wondering where to find the button to register a PC on the luancher it's on top and looks like a screen.

I would check the website under your account, you will see account security center and game security center.

Make sure your pc is showing up under game security center.

I do know that under account security center, setting up a OTP unlocked the buff for me.

I did OTP too and the buff applied.

It looks like the OTP is the only way to get the 5% buff, it saying you can do it with the PC register seems to be a typo, if you do the OTP it should unlock for you.

Yes it finallly unlocked after I set up OTP. Too bad the tooltip is a bit misleading, letting you believe that using PC registration only would be enough.
