I think it goes without saying that Seismic is easily zerkers most broken skill.
insta-cast
decent accuracy modifier
H U G E range
and frontal guard.
I really have no suggestions for this one... I have no idea how to fix it

Well its not instant. The range really isn't that big. Also the least protected class........

The wind up is almost entirely eliminated by proper canceling (which isn't difficult)
The distance is about as big as Ancient Wave and probably 2-3x wider than AW.
and the class is extraordinarily protected during mobility. Its only during combos that it becomes "unprotected"
