I just started the game, and am playing very casually. (2-5 hours/week) I'm only just getting started, about lvl 26, and I saw the annoucement for the upcoming season. Are the rewards worth rerolling? I heard I can now get good starter gear off-season (can trade in Naru gear, just like season). Is there still any reason for a player in my position, to reroll?

I'm playing Hash btw, seems to be the most fun for me so far. 

I haven't spent a dollar yet on my character, so I'm unattached.

Keep your current character and create a season character. Your season character can be the same class but you likely will get more rewards for creating the new Corsair class.

Interesting idea thanks! I forgot how alt friendly this game is. Maybe that's the simplest solution, where I can eventually get the rewards from both off-season and seasonal. And get to try the new class in the process. I actually really like the animations. 

A wise advice would be getting knowledgeable about the game and its mechanics before investing money into it, so that you don't make early purchases that you might regret later.

EG: weight upgrades are character bound, which means if you buy those early for a character then you realise you don't like the character and want to play another, you won't be able to transfer the weight upgrades to the new character and they will be stuck on a character you don't like, and unfortunately if your new character could use more weight, you will have to purchase the upgrades again.
