So i bought the game back in 2016-03-02, and started my adventure. Played hours on end, then i stopped playing due to irl stuff and it's been like this back and forth, and keep in mind that when i eventually came back i played for several hours, again and again cause i do really enjoy the game. Later down the years, got my self a job and started to buy alot of stuff from the ingame shop, somewhere around 400-500euro, stopped playing again around mid/late sep last year and i felt like i wanted to pick up the game again yesterday. Only to try to login but to no avail. i was like what is this i can't login, checked forums and there i saw something about a transfer game data!What ? i've not seen such thing ? so i started checking e-mail (inbox) and binpost nothing there? but then i figured what about spam post and sure as hell there it was, the news about the game data transfer. But im too late !So i've lost everything my characters, my time invested, my money on this f-ing game EVERYTHING and the answer i got from support on this game feels like an automated AI answer... Is there nothing i can do to get anything back or atleast compensation for all this ? Is there ANYTHING I CAN DO ?

I'm sorry to hear that you have not transfered your account in time before the end of the transfer. The transfer had been announced in January 2021 and ended on 31st of May. Which means it was advertised for over 5 months. Everyone got multiple notifications on emails, websites, social medias.
Unfortunately due to data protection, all your account data which weren't transfered has been deleted. In other words you lost your account progress.

Doesn't really matter, if you buy a game you should have it. You know there is something that is called real life aswell. I've not been able to play bdo from sep2020/june2021. I didn't even know this would happen, i never knew such thing as this could even occur !?
As I said. It was spammed and advertised everywhere and very often.
You bought game at kakao. By transfer you were agreeing that they move your data to Pearl Abyss. Since you did not transfer, you did not agree for datas being shared and so they were deleted.
If you wish to start your BDO journey again, you can do so by buying the game with brand new account since the one you had is no longer existing.

You have not bought the game, you have bought a gamepass for an account. You had the chance to transfer all gamedata and the gamepass from the kakao games account to a pearl abyss account, which you didn't do and kakao games deleted all gamedate from your kakao games account on June 1st.

Unfortunately due to GDPR Data Protection Laws, users that did not consent to the transfer of data between the previously publisher and the new publisher (parent company) would have their account and data wiped in accordance with EU governing regulations. As much as we understand this may cause frustration for some users whom did not make it in time or failed to receive notices, there is unfortunately nothing that can be done regarding this matter.

is a manual account transfer possible if so can I have a support member look into my account for this I had my fb tied to my account as my only login and it was hacked for many months just got it back on the 11th so I was not able to succesfully transfer my account I have lots of time and money put in please help.
