I opened a ticket for this, and was basically just told I can never have the donkey for my Shai bc I accidentally deleted it over a year ago.  The shai donkey is a one time family quest, that's the only donkey you can ever have.  When I did this quest over a year ago, I had no idea I would even want the donkey, no idea that I couldn't get another one, etc.  There was just a lot of things I didn't understand about the donkey in general.  When I got more into using my Shai, and understood what the gear and skills were capable of, I really wanted to have the donkey.  Only to find out I just never can.  From what I understand they're never listed on the horse market (they're different than basic donkeys) and there is no other way possible to get one.  It really sucks and it's kind of unfair.  If there's some way of obtaining it that I'm not aware of, if someone could let me know please I'd really appreciate it.

No idea how I have 2 Shai Donkeys.  I personally wanted all 3 colors myself.

I'm not sure why it's a single donkey per family.  I'd like to have all 3 donkey colours myself.  And I'd like my Barterer Shai and my DP Shai to have their own donkey.

Seems like a strange mechanic to only have one donkey per family.

Yes please allow us to have like 1 shai donkey per shai character.

I opened another ticket asking if this is really it, like do I just NEVER have a donkey for my Shai?  Yes they say, bc it was longer than 15 days ago.  I even power leveled someone to 56, they did their quest, and turns out they can't even be sold on the Horse Market.  There's someone willing to even sell it to me/give it to me, but no.  Not only is it a 1 time family quest, but they made sure that it is unobtainable period.  Why is this a thing?  Why take measures to make sure it can't be replaced in the event something happens?  It's a donkey...not like I'm asking for a dupe of my PEN gear.

I created a Shai to only collect but I ended up deleting it because I can't get another Donkey Shai, it's annoying that they only have limited to 1, I don't see why they only limit us to one, I wish they could enable the possibility of getting an extra one , or that it may be feasible to sell it on the horse market as well,

I wish I knew how you did it too lol.  I hate this so much, like dang...bring back the Emblems for [Event] Give the Donkeys the Attention They Deserve event or something.  Leaving it as "Sucks to be you, it was longer than 15 days ago, enjoy NEVER having access to this Shai content ever" doesn't make sense.  Everyone I've talked to about this is like "What's the big deal , why can't they just replace it, it's only a donkey."  Why does PA hate Shais so much lol.

I looked at this event that happened a long time ago, it would be another way that we can obtain the donkey, hopefully they will enable it soon

It's just a donkey token. PA isn't out anything by either handing it over, or rolling back the family quest to where you're able to do it again Purr. For the amount of money we all put into this game, you think that they would approve such a simple request like this. It's sad. I hope PA really listens to its player base before it loses all of us.

Replacing the token, or resetting my quest is 100% something that can be done.  It would be so simple.  In none of my tickets I opened did they explain why this is an impossibility.  They just said "Sorry we can't help"
