Why is this even a thing? I dont feel that this is unreasonable or and impossible task but your game is known for its customization but i have to play a musa or zerk if i want dreads or i to play archer if i wanted long hair, the newer styles that were added for all classes are proof that it can be done. Im sure there is female classes that have specifc styles for said class. W H Y?

Yeah every class should acess to all hair style.
It would improve the costumization and would be basically zero effort to implement...

Q. When will new hairstyles be updated? There are not enough hairstyles available. Also, why isn't there an option to create a bald headed character in customization?
A. Black Desert characters are being made quite elaborately. Due to the exceptional number of customization options, the more hairstyles we implement, the more issues there are for optimization. During last year’s Ball, we were requested to design new hairstyles, and we‘ve been working on them ever since, but due to performance issues, we haven’t been able to implement them. At that time, we placed our priority on optimization, so we put the updates on hold, but from now on we will attempt to release these new styles one by one, since it is difficult to release them all at once.
In addition, we are considering implementing hair ornaments in the style of the beloved Yianaros Headpiece. However, since both new hairstyles and hair ornaments are all closely related to optimization issues, we will be proceeding with these updates slowly.

that is all fine but how does all the hair style ALREADY in the game affect that? seems like a poor excuess to me look at nova and sage paritcles and effects to no end and im sure more classes will have just as much if not more so saying hairstyles will ruin optimization dont really add up correct me if im wrong tho.

Meanwhile PSO2 and upcomming NGS have and will have over 200 different Hairstyles and any class / race can equip them (same with outfits).
People keep saying that BDO has the best customization in MMO's, but you can't even wear a lot of different kind of accessories except earings etc.
BDO has the best graphics and that's it.
Everything else is limited "including" character customization.

It's an empty, PR reply. Obviously a company can't tell his paying customer to gtfo, so they lie to them instead.
The mayority of the companies do the same, nothing new here really.
Even if it's hard to implement such thing in their engine, it would have zero impact on performance whatsoever. Clearly, the one who wrote this BS don't even know the subject that he is talking about.
Though generally those jobs filled with non tech personel, so it ain't surprise either.

Would be nice to get a response on any of these topics from a cm/gm even if it was no gtfo better than nothing
