The data transfer is finished and Pearl Abyss is finally publishing its own game in the west. That the data transfer would take some time and that there would be some problems was to be expected - one can't fault Pearl Abyss in this case, so ignore all the b*tchin' community members who think they're IT-experts.

The game is - at least for me - running quite well and I haven't encountered any problems yet past the "processing-issue" shortly after maintenance was finished. I'm also positively surprised about the greeting-gifts in the attendance rewards. Getting a full free Capotia accessory set is quite nice. I really don't get why people are upset about this. That the purchase-count of the 530% scrolls wasn't reset is already a known issue.

The new website is also quite nice. We finally have a somewhat decent access to the Beauty Album and although I still think that the Beauty Album needs a massive overhaul, it's at least somewhat easier to navigate now. The issue here though is: Why can't I directly download templates from the websites Beauty Album? That kinda feels like a d*ck-move considering that you won't be able to get templates from the region you aren't playing in - or at least it's a hassle to get them. If this would have been Gaming or Movie Sins, you sure as hell would've earned a few sins for that one, so I hope that this will get fixed in the future. Talking about the Beauty Album: Why are some templates unchangeable? Templates basically are already "copyright protected" since the original crafter is always displayed, so being unable to change an existing template to suit your preferences is somewhat of a d*ck-move.

PS #1: I know you've said that you frequently want to release new outfits, but could you please invest some more time into these so that they don't end up as basic as they do? A lot of those new outfits are basically variations of the corresponding character archetype outfits; they don't really "feel" new. New outfits also feel unfinished since they don't include corresponding weapon skins. Can we also please get some new Nova-outfits as soon as possible? The current three outfits - at least for me - look like some uniform mess. At least Kibelius Divinus should already be in work, shouldn't it? So please let us roam around as some Hentai/Victorias Secret character. You know the preferences of your audience after all, don't you? It would be a win-win-situation - just my 2 Cents though.

PS #2: Can we also please get a dark theme for the forum?

36 hours maintenance, nothing was tested, thousands of people can't run the game at all, hundreds have lost warehouses slots, chars slots and weight but "I have no problem so no one has a problem".

Who give me compensation for my workers loss because they can't work without warehouse slots? These are unpredictable losses, tens of millions for every hour lost.

Further Feedback considering the Forums: Is it just me or is there really no notification system? If so, that obvious error should be fixed soon. It's also really annoying that you're seemingly getting force-dc'd after a certain amount of time. If that's intended, you should nonetheless disable it.

I didn't say that there aren't any problems, but considering the size and scope of the data transfer, the game does indeed run surprisingly well. PA is also aware of the problems and will fix them in the future. To be honest, I expected a lot more problems to pop up after maintenance finished. As it is, we can play without that many limitations if at all.

Because a large percentage of players still can't connect to the game. 

I found new forum looking clean. I like the addition to check the guilds or families (including levels and skills) via forum. I just do not like how hidden the access to the forum is. You need a bunch of click to get there. 5% permanent drop rate buff is generous. Transfer rewards are cool. I rate the transfer 7/10, just because client errors and being unable to log in until we found language file fix

They've also changed the firewall ports for the game, so many like me who run a firewall appliance can't even get past the login screen.  I have to sit and analyze my traffic to figure out the TCP and UDP ports they changed just so I can make it to the server selection screen - only to have the client crash when I select the server.

Time to go back to the firewall - let's see, what did they change?  Ah yes, here it is - going to a port not even remotely close to what it was... wait, what is THIS?  

Why, oh why... and not even publish a notice at least about it.  Every other game out there has firewall port information.  My inquiry was ignored so I just cancelled it.  Soon to be along with my account.  I managed to actually get in game for a few minutes, just to log out to my dismay of half my stuff missing.

OP, I'm glad you are able to sit on that high horse of a post, and slobber all over us peasants while you look down and raise your mighty beer mug to cheer as you ride upon that white knight Tier horse.  If the game isn't finished, then don't try to open it when it's not finished.  Take the effin' time to do it right.

You do know how data transfer work right? A lot of the time there are issues every MMO if have played that has changed publisher always have some sort of issues since data has either got corrupted or something wasnt included. PA is not at 100% fault if data was not fully there either

however with data itself there will always be issues even if there was testing bc yeah I guess you have some insider look knowing for a fact that nothing was tested and you have also have done massive data transfers before so you know nothing never goes wrong either
