Twice in a row now when I have returned to find my character finished with scarecrow training and standing still, my character can't move or enter combat or do anything at all. When I try to move it away from the scarecrow it stops in place and gives me the popup message, "Please try again in a moment." I have to return to character selection screen and then load my character again in order be able to do anything.

It seems exactly like the few times when I interacted with an NPC that gave a cutscene while I was still mounted on a horse, and afterward I couldn't move or do anything, Instead my character just kept resetting in place.

I have similar issues but those happen when  I do afk fishing. My character gets one fish and then stops fishing. I cannot start fishing again and when I try to move a character, by arrow keys, it moves a very short distance and then says: "Please, try again in a moment". I cannot use my ship since I get the same message when I try by pressing R. Things start to working again when change a server but that only last untill my character has got the first or the first few fishes. Things started about 3 days ago for me too.

The game is unplayed. And it shouldn't be because of my hardware or internet. Everything worked nicely before and I can play League of Legends just fine which is quite internet critical game. I got a better pc recently so I thought that I don't have to experience these things again but I was very wrong it seems. I guess time to wait a few months so they will fix this issue. Though, I will try to reinstall this game once and see will that help.

This bug is more general it seems than mentioned in the title.
