I might be missing it somewhere or just glosses over it. But it just says "Appears in the Black Desert World." There's no location? Does it appear while grinding? Is it only in towns? Is it randomly while you're out in the world? Is it going to spawn in high ap monster areas (aka anywhere)? I wish they gave somewhat, some clarification of this location. Should I just be speeding like crazy around the entire game frantically looking for this horse? Like come on..

Do you remember the Dark Knight on horse who was giving EXP and SKill EXP boost after interacting? Or the Sage lightning that after interacting you got SKill EXP boost? They were  random around the world. 

So is this one.
