I can't imagine they are available yet. Does anyone know when they will become available for use?

Think aafter March 31st or something. Its be after the transfer cut off date and most likely be either next maint or maybe max month after the cut off date

Like to think it may or may not be in effect at the moment. I grab two names I don't believe I could have gotten previously.

Yeah I grabbed one as well, but since people are still able to transfer their accounts, I can't imagine the majority are released yet... else what happens if they transfer and someone has their name?

Very possible it could already be in effect.

I actually expected they wouldn't give out or allow the use of name change coupons until June 1st, but since they're allowing their use now, I really don't see how they could prevent you from changing your name to one that hadn't been transferred yet since there's nothing in the data to compare to.

If indeed you can use names from accounts that haven't transferred yet, I'm guessing they will get some ugly suffix appended to their names if there is a conflict.

I do wish it was like the RU transfer where they gave enough coupons to change the names of all your characters.

They might also have released the names from banned players, so those are available now, while blocking the names from those that haven't transferred yet, which would not be available until June.
