Got someone who is about to quit this game because they registered and did eveything right and when they downloaded the new launcher on steam and opened it, they entered the information and hit next, and instead of getting sent a code to enter on the next page they got "email already in use" they have been missing everything because of this not able to play. None of us in the guild can figure it out. Im also a steam user and they did everything I did but they got blocked from moving on. They did every step I did so why are they getting this message, unable to play and load the game. This is just now icing on the cake for them with the things they have had happen to them, for years they keep having to fight to be able to play the game through no fault of thier own.

I have this problem too! I can't get into the game or do anything because each time I try to get it it makes me go through this process and then it always tells me my email is in use. Is there a resolution for this?

Such useless inputs, and the saddest part is you got likes from some anonymous haters that support non-constructive hating.

If you weren't such a waste of forum space, you would have suggested that people facing issues make a support ticket to get in touch with GMs.

When you get the "email is already in use" error creating a Pearl Abyss account from Steam means you already created a Pearl Abyss account in the website by your own. You have to use a different email and you may ask for an email change or account deletion of your web account later. The email you enter in the PA account creation is just for promotions or notifications purpose and doesn't affect to your login process so feel free to enter another email address you have available.
