Dear Peal Abyss,

 Just finished watching this years Heidel Ball 2021; had a blast doing so. 

Was logged into the game in Veila which was packed full of players. Got the Thundercloud spawn notification on the NA servers.

Hopped on my Courser and dashed into Mediah to the fight. Got there roughly five minutes after the spawn notification. Was expecting the Boss to be hurting with so many players logged in for the Heidal Ball. I was shocked to see the chamber full of about 25-30 players but sadly only 4 or 5 players were actively engaging Thundercloud. Players were just standing around outside the chamber entrace or inside the debuff chambers.  

I joined in on engaging the boss and with the help of the other several players managed to wittle Thundercloud down to a paltry 70% before it spawned away. Then the entire chamber full of players rushed forward to loot whatever drops Thundercloud left behind.

So no one wants to fight this World Boss which is a shame. I don't believe it's a "I don't know the mechanics" issue, players just don't feel compelled to engage this World boss. I've faced off against TC maybe 5-6 times since it's introduction and have managed to actually kill it ONCE.

I pondered why no one shows any interest in killing TC. So I looked into it's drops. Not that great in my opinion.

Even its prize drop "Kutums Alch Stone" is a exhaustable item! I'm like what?! I could understand maybe a 24 hour cool down on using it's ability but to say once I exhaust it, I must discard it? No way to recharge it. Now I understand why no one fights this challenging boss.

In fact, why do all of the Hyper World Bosses still drops low end crystals. Shouldn't facing and surviving these creatures reward the player with only the finest of drops?

1) Please reconsider putting Kutums Alch Stone on a 24 hour cool down after like maybe 3-5 uses and defintely do not allow it to be permantly depleted. Make Thundercloud a worthy Hyper World Boss to face off against and defeat. Perhaps the stone could have a passive that gives the player an additonal +5AP to monsters whilst equipped or add lighting damage to all attacks. Bring the stone up to the level of Karanda's Heart in usefulness. And don't ask me why Nightmare Kzarka doesn't have a Heart Drop equivalent as well.  

2) Revamp all Hyper World Bosses to only drop high end (no more garbage low end drops) loot.
