RBF Kicks players for being in room below spawn

This is obiviously a bug or needs to be changed. If you are in the room beneath spawn for a period of time you are booted from the game. This makes no sense, because some times during a match the enemy team will spawn camp the opposing team, keeping them in that room. So you are kicked out of game for defending? It makes no sense. Change please.

It only kicks you if you do nothing. Afking in the room is nothing.
The afk check doesn't related to locaion. If you afk in the middle of the map, you still get kicked.
