[GLOBAL] Voice customization bugged/broken.

PROBLEM: Voice customizations are only applying locally.
I was playing side by side with a friend, we were having some fun with the character customization, and immediately noticed that no matter what voice type and pitch changes we selected for our characters, other players will ALWAYS HEAR THE DEFAULT VOICE FOR EACH CLASS.
We then tested this for different classes, including Nova, Valkyrie, Warrior, Hashashin and Ranger. Tried all the different voice types, raised and lowered pitch, and characters always used the default class voice on the other player's end.
We then asked some online friends to raise their voice pitch to max with value pack, and then lower it to compare, and it was all the same.
So it seems voice customization for characters is pretty much broken as of right now.

Hi ScarletHeart,
We have checked this situation internally and this is not supposed to be an issue as the voices are client sided. This means the rest of players will only hear the standard voices, no matter the pitch of type you choose.

Hello, and thanks for replying.
That's as bad as if hair or face customizations were client sided as well, no point in spending time customizing and adjusting if doesn't takes effect in the online game.

This has been a thing since launch. It's a feature, not a bug. Is it a good feature tho? Absolutely not! If I were you, I would rename your topic as a suggestion because this needed changed years ago.

I think it should WORK just like any other customization we are allowed to make to our characters. If it is a "feature", then I'd say it is a broken feature and needs to be addressed.
It's as if character eyes or height were "client sided" as well, if customizations aren't going to make it into the online game then what's the point?

That is precisely my point. This must be changed to work like any other customization you can make to a character.
