how do i level my Shai's music level and how can i play others music do i have to be the same music grade as the composed song?

Hey! There are few daily quests to level up your music grade. You can check it under "Quests (O) > Recurring > [Music Specialist] For The Wandering Musician". And yes, to play music composed by other adventurers you need the same or higher grade as the song.
