Hello Nithaldor, these icons show up when you have a low character level! They are there to remind new adventurers when they are out of hp potions so they do not perish in battle! However currently Ornette's is not recognized as an HP potion by that system, I would recommend just leaving ornette's in your inventory. (And attached to your fairy for auto use) and leaving a single regular hp potion in the 1 slot until you hit a higher level!
