Yes! You can use extra quickslots for this, First head into options and enable extra quick slots, after this, you can drag and drop those items into those slots. You can even set a custom key bind for it in options, look for the slot # and set a bind. To reset the bind, hover over the quickslot and click the gear icon to reset.

So I think you mean you don't want to put them in the quickslots when you say bar. There is a fairy skill, called Continuous Care, that allows you to assign up to five items (scrolls, buffs, etc...). When you turn this feature on, the fairy will use those items for you, as soon as the previous item has expired. That's the only thing I can think of if you want to do a group of things at once.
