1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

You have to stand behind the npc and press F6, when the action is shown.

Thats how you do it on PC, if you want to know how to do it on PS4, you have to ask in the console forums:
