How to Activate Fughar's Road To success 3 adventure journals? Ive multiple chars above lv 57, have finished Mediah Main Questline at least on 3 characters but still, after 3 years of the journals being out cannot get Black Spirit to get me started as the Bottom to the Top quest fails to appear from BS. Anything im missing to do to get these journals to activate?

hello! you need to be lvl 55+, which i see you are, completed calpheon/simplified, which i see you have done, and have completed the black spirit mission titled “[Adventure Log] Crow Merchants’ Records”, which i am unsure you have done.
