+100, absolutely. If you go to a gathering spot just to gather with 1 tool, the bag is absolutely useless because it doesn't have the crop in it.

Yeah and while you're at it, just throw the processing stone in there too.
I mean you could say that neither of these are 'tools' in the same sense as the others, but I don't really think it matters.

Bump. I've always found it odd not to include ALL tools in the tool bag. I cannot imagine a reason NOT to have them in the bag.
