Add a Riding Crop slot to the Tool bag

As the title says. This would be a positive QOL improvement and I'm surprised it wasnt done from the outset. I've lost count of the amount of times I've had to dismount mid journey because i have realised that I'd been travelling with my Tool Bag equipped and not my Riding crop. Very frustrating.
If this can't be done for some reason then at least give us the ability to swap the tool bag to riding crop without diismounting!

Just started playing a few days ago, if we exclude the 6h i played a long time ago. I'll unlock the tool bag too (energy locked atm) and i was wondering if the riding crop was part of it or not, as it'd be annoying having to switch yet again for this. Seems like we indeed have to switch still. So +1 for this QoL.

Ah, my trusty LIFESKILL toolbag, complete with Riding Crop! How useful, to have a tool like that in my toolbag!
